We have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow and then some.

Next time - we are going to try the pizza. It looked fantastic.

Thanks for suggesting this place. Very nice lunch.... will return often.... and never have to suffer through chain Italian around here again!
Just wanted to mention they are closed Sunday and Monday

We're going for lunch one day next week - can't wait !!!!!

Get the white pizza - large! It's like you are in Italy. So few places to sit outside - they have fans too. Don't love the outdoor table furniture, but WHO cares? I love the warmth of the staff. Out of town parents love it.

I'll skip Mellow Mushroom anytime for it. We ended up going there for pizza that first time b/c MM was overflowing with people waiting. So glad it happened.

Other favorite: Las Margaritas - low prices, friendly staff, fast service.
Dessert at at the Gelato place by Gazebo. She'll mix flavors for you as long as the its the correct weight. Friendly and places to play board games and hangout.
Crabcakes at the new fish place down below are AWESOME. No filler - really! LUMP crabmeat. It's a joy to walk down N. White Street. It's getting better all of the time!

Do you know if they have new ownership? We tried them years ago and was not impressed. I have heard they changed ownership, but no one can confirm this.

I've been going to LaForesta for 15 years (since they were at their old location a couple of blocks away). We had just moved from NY and were looking for good pizza, a staple in our diets. The owner is from NY, so we knew they'd have good pizza! They truly have the best pizza in the area that I've had, and I've tried many. Their white pizza is to die for! If you haven't been there, you must go. We really haven't had many of their other items because we love their pizza so much.

My daughter and I both had pasta dishes - which is what we were in the mood for. Loved the sauce.... not chunky and had a bit of a kick to it. (my daughter refuses to eat chunky tomato sauce for some strange reason)

We are definitely going to need to try the pizza next time, though. It looked fantastic and HUGE.

It is a great place to eat, the owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I try and go there at least a few times a month. Highly recommend!!

I hate to sound stupid .... but I've never heard of white pizza. I'm assuming the sauce is white... but what is it??

Great place...We tried it on Saturday and everything we ordered was awesome. The waitress said that the owner doesn't advertise. Pizza looked great and it was huge, definitely will try it next time. Nice to see small places make it. And please try A la Mode, it it the cutest place for ice cream and gellato.
