Do HOA's have names now? I thought they were all just called "[Subdivision] Homeowner's Association."

Hi, hey all you need to do if nobody here responds with the answer you need is to go or call your city government or county and speak with someone in development or in the deeds office. When you call just have an address and they can pull the title for that property and tell you. Each HOA has bi-laws and restrictive covenants that are attached to that deed. In that paperwork it should identify officers and location info hopefully. Hope that helps ya !

Most welcome anything else I can help you with on the HOA thing let me know. I've had the pleasure of creating one and drawing up all the necessary paperwork so I may be able to give you some direction or help.

If that works, great. But there might be a few more steps. The bylaws relate to the corporate entity that is the HOA rather than to the real estate. I don't think they are generally filed with the property records. (Nor, for corporations generally, are they filed anywhere.) As for the restrictive covenants, the deed will likely just cross-reference the place where they are recorded rather than setting them out within the deed itself.
HOA officers change - often annually. That might be noted on the annual corporate filings for the association.

Is it a townhome association? I found this in the Wake County tax info:
Account Summary - 0373668
But it might be that Kohn-Ell manages the townhomes and HRW or someone else manages the single family homes (if that's what it is- I'm not familiar with the neighborhood).
The mailing address for the lots the association owns is Cambridge Road,
Account Summary - 0361664
