Good news for anyone who laments the demise of the Friday night music series at the now-defunct Capital City Grocery - Seaboard Station businesses and Mordecai residents are trying to resurrect the event, starting this Friday!
Promotion is only by word of mouth at this point, and it will continue to be a free event, so pass the word to anyone who might be interested.

- Free music every Friday night this spring and summer.
- Located on the backside parking lot next Peace China and Ace Hardware.
- The band will setup on the porch next to the restaurant.
- Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and take over the parking lot area.
- This setup should reduce traffic and provide room for the kids to run around.
- The music will be sponsored by Peace China, Ace Hardware, Seaboard Fitness, and Seaboard Wine.
- Peace China has on-premise license, so customers can enjoy a cold beer while you relax.
- Several of the businesses will remain open to allow access to restrooms.
