Question Mortgage Loan Officer

I'm a mortgage loan officer thinking about relo ating to n.c.
How is the market.. what are the licensing requirements?

I am one too. It's a pretty good market. Really, if you hustle you can stay busy anywhere. The licensing requires that you take a loan officer fundamentals class (8 hours). Even though I have been a broker for a long time and still run branch offices on the west coast I was pleasantly surprised at how much I learned. After thet it's the same old background check etc..
