What are they building at SE corner of 54/55 in Durham...
...where the gas station and Burger King used to be? It looks like it won't be another gas station. GHK Developments has a sign there, but I can't find much about them online. Anyone know what is going in there?

I was thinking the same thing since I drive by it everyday - at first it had the look of a Walgreens but not so much anymore

Someone else in another posts said Walgreens as well so maybe I am right but normally they have a big sign outside of their construction letting you know they are coming soon.
