Default Short term rental in Cary with DOG?

Hi:

I need a short term rental in Cary or North/West Raleigh (1-3) months. Start work near downtown Cary on May 1, and my house deal just fell through.

I have a 60lb dog.

Suggestions for apartments or duplexes that do short term rentals and allow dogs? Maybe a NCSU summer sublet?

Thanks,
Zack

That's tough that your housing deal fell through. I have recommended a company on this board before called The Temporary Living Company (you can google them to find their contact info). My husband had to find a 5-week rental since he started his new job before I could move down from VA. Our contact's name was Tracy, and she was super easy to work with. I believe they can set you up with temporary housing that allows dogs (we asked, even though our dog was staying with me in VA while my husband moved to Raleigh).

In short, he ended up renting a beautiful, one bedroom furnished condo in a wonderful area. And, when we found out that our movers were going to be later than we expected with our furniture, TLC was able to extend the temporary apartment for a few days so at least we'd have a roof over our heads and a place to sleep while we waited.

Good luck!

Zack,

Be sure and post here if you find something. We may be looking for temporary housing with two small dogs in tow.

Thanks,
P51

We are moving to Cary soon with our 3 mastiffs. Any ideas on a short term rental while we are house hunting would be really great!
