Default What do you think we need near Flowers Plantation (Right near the Pineville Village) in Clayton?

I am curious to know what people in the surrounding areas of Flowers Plantation who drive by 42 and Buffalo Rd in Clayton would like to see in the shops going up eventually near the Pineville Club? I heard there was a grocery store going up and I haven't heard anything else. What would everyone like to see in the little shopping center? Or what do you think would thrive?

Well, it won't happen, lol, but I would LOVE to have some type of hardware store there. Right now if I want to go to Lowe's, I have to drive to either Knightdale or 40/42. There's a small hardware store in Clayton, but I had a bad experience there.

That would be nice. I would like to see a deli/cafe. With good subs and breakfest sandwiches, salads, and something other than pizza and hot dogs that you can get down the street. Something similiar to the Poppy Seed market in North Raleigh.

Definitely more restaurant-types. Hardware store is a great suggestion.
