What zip code should I look for when looking at houses in Chapel Hill to ensure the schools are Chapel Hill schools and not Orange County/Chatham County schools?

Thanks!

I don't think you can divide it up by zip code. Look for houses located in (a) both the City of Chapel Hill and Orange County (not Durham or Chatham), or (b) in the City of Carborro.

Search by School. There are only 3 High Schools in CH/C so you will have to do 3 searches: East Ch High, CH High, & Carrboro High

The CHCCS can also verify for you once you have a potential house picked out if it is indeed inside the CHCCS district.

Indeed. My inlaws have a Chapel Hill mailing address but are in Durham County and are zoned for schools there.
