Default coming to WF/Rolesville/etc, tell me about your subdivision

Hello again!
We will be in NC on July 4th for 2 glorious weeks! We are interested in all areas, Rolesville/Wake Forest/Holly Springs/N.Raleigh/Clayton/Youngsville, etc! Our realtor wants us to drive around for 3 days and look at areas and subdivisions to get a feel for what we like and don't like. We were in the area for 5 days in April. We looked in Heritage, Bowling Green, Granite Crest, Twin Oaks, N.Raleigh. We have 3 daughters, and one son. Our son is 19 and just joined the Army. Our daughter is 16 (please see my other thread on relocating with a 16 yr old) and 2 little girls ages 4 and 5. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what you LOVE about your subdivision, or dislike about it to give us out of staters a heads up! Let me tell you what we are looking for:

Friendly people
good schools
Friendly people
kids playing outside
back to basics (not I have a better car than you! But I cant afford it)
Friendly people
neighbors that look our for you and your kids
community pool
sense of community
less spoiled children
Friendly people

We would like to find a home between 220 and 275.

You can PM me or send me an email!
Thanks in advancea!
