We used Alpine Shutters and Blinds (http://www.alpineblinds.com/) when we moved into our home 5 years ago and were quite pleased with the results. They provided plantation shutters for the front and blinds for the back. Came in and measured the windows and performed the installation.

I used All Phase last November, and I didn't have any complaints. They measured and installed for free, and the prices itself were very reasonable. All Phase offers a lifetime warranty on most of their products, and the estimator and installer were very nice. I think they offer price matching, but can't quite remember anymore. And they will come out to FV. If you can talk them into it, I got some free temporary blinds to put up on the first two floors while waiting for the blinds to be ordered and cut.

I ordered the 2" faux wood blinds, not the plantation shutters, but I'm sure the quality of service and warranty would remain the same. http://www.allphaseblinds.com/
