We spent all of last week with our realtor (poor woman) and we narrowed it down yesterday to 2 or three that we could come home with and feel happy about making an offer on. Of course 1 is our FAVE and we are going to start the offer process tomorrow!!!! Its a bit risky since our buyer on our current house wont have financing LOCKED IN until Friday, but he feels confident that it will come thru so we hope this weeks negotiations with the builder drags out a little bit.

Anywhooo...its in Heritage and we really felt at home there and love the street that the house is on (all of our top 3 are on the same street..LOL).

Hoping to be closed and moving by end of MAY!! YIPPEEE.

Not in time to make the may 5th meet up unfortunately but we are going to be there for the next one.

Thanks everybody here for all your help along the way!!!!!

k
