We are looking for a ranch style home with approx. 2400 sq. ft. in the Raleigh, Northridge neighborhood. If you have information please advise.
Also considering other similar neighborhoods in the Raleigh area. The price range is between $250,000 and $350,000.

That's a tall order.
Are you expecting a fixer-upper, or one that is ready to go?

I did some poking around on the MLS and didn't turn up much.

Default properties

We would prefer not to have to do work on the home but realize that it's a good chance if we want to keep the price reasonable. Definitely good bones and a ranch, or at least a master and guest room on the main level. We are not in a hurry so will wait for just the right property.
Thanks for following up on my request.

I would also suggest (if you live in the area) to frequently drive through the neighborhoods you like, people may be selling for sale by owner, and check on craigslist..........just a couple of options. If you drive through once a week, then you will have a great knowledge of the area, what's for sale, etc
