Default How much per sq.ft. to build in Johnston Co.?
We're looking for houses in Johnston County, specifically in the Clayton / Cleveland area. Someone suggested potentially getting some land and building on it. Does anyone know about what the price per sq.ft. is to build a pretty nice house in that area? I realize that it can vary based on the luxuries, but anything close would be a big help. Also, does the price include the lot or is it separate? Thanks for your input!
