That is part of the commercial area being developed in conjunction with Searstone.

Yes, CVS will be first. The plan is to have most of what older folks need within easy access.

There are multiple pharmacies within a mile from that intersection! Both Rite-Aid (Eckerd) & Walgreens 200 feet away......then another CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens on high-house and 55; not to mention the pharmacies at both the Harris Teeters on high house and 55; Looks like our country runs on meds! Sad Sad situation

Sad also that businesses lately are emptying out of Stone Creek Village across the road. The place is a virtual ghost town except for the popular eating places facing High House.
