Default Who is the ITB insider?

This one is for anyone who is inside the beltline. Who is ITB insider? I just read another post that referenced to him. I understand his name is William Needham Finley 1V. I am from Raleigh (inside the beltline) and have never heard of him. Who is he?

UPDATE: Never mind. I just learned that he is a complete hoax. Carries the name around as the ITB insider, has his own blog, portraying himself as some sort of elitist who has a right to criticize everyone else (check out his phony blog), and yet, he doesn't even own a home in Raleigh. IN fact, William Needham Finley IV doesn't even exist. I just checked with a VERY reliable source in Raleigh. This is literally comical.

I think Uncle Tupelo is our CD ITB expert. He was born and raised in Raleigh and offers a wealth of information for those needing it. He knows the history, the neighborhoods and has been ever so helpful!

Really? You thought this was was real? The name alone should have given it away to you, not to mention half the crud on that bad satire site.

Yeah, I wouldn't read into that blog too much. It's just poking fun at things in the beltline. Don't take it seriously.

It is a complete hoax or spoof. But I admit it is sometimes pretty funny.

Yeah a complete hoax, but some of the things people seem to wholeheartedly agree with...at least according to their comments.

I find it humorous to know someone has devoted a website to make fun of the "ITB" people and their sorry attitude. Thanks for sharing!
