Default Need Orthodontist in Southern Pines/Aberdeen/Pinehurst

Hi there, recently moved here from Eastern NC. I had initially started ortho treatment for my son but PCSed before the braces went on. At that ortho we were quoted $2K for the entire 24-month treatment. So we get here and I take my son to the initial consultation in Sanford and they quoted $5,400! My share would be 3x the amount over the other orthodontist. Not that I don't think braces are worth it - but 3x the amount, I almost fell out of the chair.

So.. we are looking for a more reasonable / affordable orthodontist in the area. Even Fayetteville or Sanford would't be too far. Thanks!
