Does anyone have any thoughts on the Meadow Springs subdivision?

Thanks!

Is that in Holly Springs? If so, I drive by it occassionally. What did you want to know? I can take a drive through if you want

No, the address says Raleigh. Supposedly it is off Jones Franklin Road.

I'm just curious about the neighborhood. I was on realtor.com and found what looks to be a nice house and the price is wonderful. So of course, jaded person that I am, I started to wonder if it was in a "bad" neighborhood.

I might just drive by it later with my husband but wanted to know if anyone on this forum was familiar with the neighborhood.

Thanks!

I know what you mean about that area...it can be a little funny. The best way to get a feel is to drive by on the weekends...see who is out and about, and maybe talk to some of the current homeowners. Where you looking at the home listed off of Fieldspring? If you want, I can send you some information on the home. Also, I know of a cute home in the Apex area that hasn't been on the market that long and is listed for less than the Fieldspring home. The neighborhood is close to the HWY55 and US1 exit. It's actually a cute bungalow style home...but doesn't have a garage...I'm not sure if that's important to you. Let me know if you want some more information and I can pass that along to you.

Fieldspring sounds familiar but I don't have the listing in front of me (just took the directions and put them in the car for later). Could you tell me what you mean by the neighborhood can "be a little funny"?

Thanks!
