Hi there

I'm trying to rent my apartment through Craigslist but I haven't had any luck so far.

Are there any other "lists" that I can use in the triangle (for free) to advertise the apartment. I don't own the apartment but I need to move to another city and would like someone to take over the lease.

The leasing office doesn't let us break the lease without paying a substantial amount of money.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you
Have a wonderful day

You can try the local paper, I don't think your listing would be free like craigslist but it would get more attention.

Many leases prohibit subleasing.

I think you could try kiji as well, or maybe the university housing offices.
