Parker & Otis in Durham is a pretty cool place for a weekend morning lunch. They have outside seating and it is just plain cool. I also like Top of the Hill in Chapel Hill which has rooftop seating and their pancakes are really good.

Personally I like Brigs. Big portions, fresh and they always have some pretty interesting pancakes and omelettes.

I LOVE Elmos! Haven't tried Parker and Otis yet, but have been wanting to. Oh, and Rick's Diner is good too. Enjoy!

We like Rick's Diner because it's relatively quiet with good food. We've given up on Elmos because of the noise.
