I want to build a new home in N Raleigh, preferably within the Leesville school area. The only new subdivisions I am familiar with are Wynbrooke and West Chase. Am I missing anything?
Here is some of my criteria:
$450k max
~3500 sq ft
min 4 bedroom
min 3.5 bath
3 car garage
~1/2 acre lot
Are there any neighborhoods/tracts where I can bring my own builder or select from a group of local "custom" builders?
I searched the forum and did not find any specific info; apologies if this is a duplicate thread.
My guess is that you are going to be hard pressed to build 3500 SF for 450K or under. I think you can find that in an existing home but it's going to be a challenge to build one for that cost.
I thought the same: that's a lot to expect for $450K in that area - 3500 sq feet/3 car garage/half acre.
