New house across the street from me - in Apex, for 250,000 with an acre of land - no subdivision.

I recommend Bridgewater in Holly Springs. Nice size lots and prices from the 170s to the 280s. Plenty of home plans to choose from.

Clayton:

1.) Anderson homes @ Cobblestone (ask for Cheryl!)

2.) Riverwoods

3.) Flowers Plantation

If you fall in love with the town of Clayton, I suggest just driving around. Its full of so many nice neighborhoods, I'm sure you will come across something wonderful!

My husband posted that list, then when I saw him post it, I was like I am not looking into Holly Springs. And you can not edit it once you go in and post it and a conversation has begun. What childish behavior?
