Mike, this is what I saved from another thread on the forum. Sounds easy.
"Save the pic. to your desk top.
After you write your post, scroll down and select manage attachments. If you don't see that button than click advanced.
Choose browse and find your pic on the desk top. Select upload. Give it a few seconds and then close the box. Click submit.
As far as the size, that's going to depend on how big you saved it to begin with, I save most of mine at 800 pixels"
