Can anyone provide some insight on Wendell Middle School? I have seen one review that doesn't sound good for this school. My daughter has been assigned to this school but I have been considering sending her to private due to the review that I saw. Thanks in advance

My daughter has been reassigned to this school as well. All I know right now is that it is Brand new. Everything in the school is Brand new and the pictures online at the schools web site look nice.

After coming out of Zebulon Middle this is a relief....

I am also not too concerned with average test scores and only because fortunetly, she always does very well in school. Don't want to brag here, but always on Honor Roll. Now on the other hand, my elementary school son is always "Promoted with intervention".

Isn't Zebulon Middle a magnet school?

Yes, it is. But please don't get me started on this school. It may be a magnet school but I am so glad we are out of there. Really. After our experience there, I could really write a book.

I've not heard anything one way or the other about it. Magnet schools aren't for everyone....

A school that focuses on one or two subjects more than the other subjects.

Might be science or music. May be math or literature...
