Default New Seafood Restuarant ?

At Falls of the Neuse and Spring Forest in the old
Roby Tussday's building I thought I saw a seafood restuarant
"coming soon" sign. I think I saw "Calabash"

Does anyone know what is going in there??

I would love to have a good seafood place ..

They're definitely located in a high traffic area and should do well if the food and service are good. The former Ruby Tuesday's went down hill over a few years and finally closed.

Woody's BBQ just opened down the street where Hardee's used to be by Ace Hardware. The food isn't bad except for their lousy small french fries, but it's not as upscale compared to Outback and other restaurants. I'd compare it closer to Steak-N-Shake. You can definitely tell where they cut corners on the remodeling costs.
