I have heard that an Urgent Care is the large steel structured building going up. The size fits but it is coming about rapidly. I highly doubt a bank as 3 are already within walking distance.
I stopped by on Thursday, and asked the GC what the building was.
I had his attention as soon as I started shooting photos.... "
It is shell with 5 rental suites. As far as he knows, and he spoke confidently, there are no signed leases.
You could lease 1, more than one, or all 5 at this point, with build out of the interior negotiable.
The photo bears out that the interior walls are full partitions, with no doors between the suites.
I was also scared it was going to be another bank! It looks like one side of the building has a drive-thru window. I was worried it was going to end up another Walgreens.
I want to know too, thanks for the pictures, I was at the Harris Teeter last night and also noticed that it looks to be several "suites" with the last one having a drive through of some sort, maybe a drive through coffee house or fast food? Hopefully they will lease it out fast as the other open units have yet to be filled in that shopping center. I was kinda hoping for a better place to eat, but my guess, one will be a sandwich place, one will be coffee and who knows what the others will be. If anyone finds out any more info, please let us know! I haven't tried the 2 food places in there as they seem to have gotten spotty poor reviews, maybe a good small restaurant?
Mike, you rock! Thanks for such a great follow-up!
