Question Where in Raleigh is best place to learn new software?

Has anyone had any experience learning any such software apps as Lectora, Captivate, Flash, Authorware, FrameMaker, Articulate, or Camtasia in a classroom setting in Raleigh or Cary?

Where? What did you think? What was the cost?

Thanks!

I was privileged to take FrameMaker 7* with Kay Whatley (formerly Ethier) at Brightpath Solutions. It lasted about a week (maybe 4 days?) and was held in a conference room in a building located at the corner of Miami/54. My company sent me, so I don't know the cost. It was a small class, 8-10 people from a variety of backgrounds/industries with various reasons for being there. They served refreshments (water, coffee, cookies) and we breaked on our own for lunch. We were all assigned workstations that were loaded with FrameMaker and worked loosely through a special training guide (that we got to use and keep), while she projected on the big screen showing us how to do things. She was very patient with everyone and took time to encourage and answer questions which pertained to our various situations. I had a unique situation and she spent extra time with me outside of class to discuss and offer invaluable assistance. I may be prejudiced because this class launched me into the field of tech writing, which I am still doing to this day and quite enjoying, for the most part.
