What are these fees and why , is it mandatory to pay these.
The sales guy says if you buy cars in Raleigh-Durham u have to pay 299$ and also a DoC fee of 399.

Appreciate help , need to close the deal before cash for clunkers runs out of money.

Car Price + sales Tax 3% _ RDU fee 299$+ Doc Fee 399$ = Hmmm really
