Relocating from Las Vegas - Seeking a Lease (Cary, Black Creek: house, neighborhood)

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, are relocating from Las Vegas to North Carolina in early Ocotber. I will be working in Cary and my wife is still TBD.

We are hoping to lease a single family home with a yard or a town house in a "desirable location". If anyone is on here and has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I am going cross-eyed looking at the various on-line properties.

There's a house in my neighborhood (Springbrooke/Silverton) for rent; I'll check on the details for you. Part of the reason we live in this neighborhood is because my husband wanted to be able to "run with the dog without getting in the car first" and it is great for that as the Black Creek Greenway is nearby. We're also very close to SAS, and close to I-40 so all other areas of the Triangle are accessible.

There are actually two in Springbrooke on the MLS.
One at $1295 and one at $1300.
Both are 3BR, 2.5 BA. One has a garage.

1720 and 1800SF.

One available now and one available 10/8.

And I agree with J_Lurk's description of the neighborhood. You could easily pop home for lunch if you wanted to.
