Scrabble clubs (Raleigh, Durham, Cary: apartment, unemployed, to live in)

We are relocating to Triangle region in the next year or so. Scrabble is my favorite social activity so I am looking for any local clubs in the area if any posters are players or have family/friends who play. Thanks for any info!

Thanks for the info. I recently ran into a tourney player who lives in Durham (and used to live in my area) who told me that there are various opportunities to play in the Triangle area. It sounds like the meetup forum rotates places to meet and play.
We will be coming for a couple of pre-move visits to look at property and I am hoping for a chance to play then but may not get the opportunity until we actually move.
