Does that rate even exist at any of the banks here in NC or would I have to do this over the internet? I am looking for the best rate on a 30 year fixed, but my closing will not be until sometime in February and I am wondering if it would be a good idea to lock in a rate for 60 days or gamble on the hopes that the rates will drop more between now and then. Any ideas?
