Does anyone have any information on purchasing a home or condo in an adult community in the greater Raleigh area? Doesn't have to be large, but a minimum of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, relatively new and modern. If you could also indicate what HOA fees might be for something like this and what this cost would cover (water, sewer, insurance, additional amenities). What areas of Raleigh are best for seniors and which areas are best to stay away from due to crime, noise, undesirable location? Thanks!
