relocary is on a distinguished road
Default Bicycling and dogs!!

To all the bikers out there....
This weekend, I was in my road bike in "horton's pond" road off of rte 751.
from 751, after you enter this road and cross the cemetery, there is a house to your left...be very careful when you cross this house...
They have couple of dogs and just this weekend, one of them charged me.
fortunately, i was able to scare away the dog with lot of loud "NO"...

So , whoever crosses that area, beware!

I really dont know what can be done about this...i have crossed this area several times and this was my first experience and i am not going to take this route again.

I have been chased on my bike by some very large dogs. It's really unnerving and dangerous as you are obviously neither interested in crashing nor hurting the dogs. I have always wondered what sort of owners would allow their dogs to chase after cyclists. Good luck!
