For anyone who is curious...it looks like St. Lawrence lots will now be built out by DR Horton in Brightleaf. Moderator cut: No links to real estate properties, per the Terms of Service.

Starting at 2300 square feet according to the website, and I saw something about the 230s or 240s bottom base price...which would slate them in with Standard Pacific's offerings in terms of size and price.

Hi I am a first time home buyer and Brightleaf is on my list.My maximum budget is 210,000.I work at rex I am considering athens grove for they cheapest floor plan with no car garage.Please I need your insights.I really love to be in a new home but if my budget won't fit in I think I would ended up on a resale home.New Vs.resale home?Location how important?I am considering fuquay and wake forest but its a long long drive from work.Please help!
