Can anyone recommend a wake county attorney that will look over a proposed parenting agreement that was drafted by my ex's attorney? Hopefully low cost, if that exists. legal aid is unable to help, we agree and have drafted the agreement, I just want someone to look over it to make sure the legal jargon is ok. Any referrals/help is much appreciated
does someone know how much they charge per hour? I have separated for 7 months. We had attended mediation for twice, but I don't think our mediator can change his mind. His refused to pay me child support & part of the property. help!

I have been in your spot and it is scary but things will work out..
You may want to call the local law schools to see if they have clinics available. A law student would look over any documentation you have and suggest any changes that would need to be made. I used to live in Dallas and SMU School of Law had such a clinic. I believe it was pro bono or very reasonably priced.
Interesting that recommendations are ok but warnings aren't. I'm personally interested in both.
