Thumbs up Logan's Roadhouse Grill in White Oak Crossing

We ate at Logan's Roadhouse Grill in White Oak Crossing for lunch today. What a NICE little surprise. The food was very good, pricing was excellent and the service was great southern style pleasant. We WILL be going back.

Default Logan's Roadhouse Grill

We used to go to Logan's Roadhouse Grill in Orlando. My boys LOVED being able to eat peanuts and throwing the shells on to the floor - it was ENCOURAGED (much to my dismay trying to teach good table manners)! Do they still do THAT?!

The food was pretty good, and always pleasant service.

Thanks for letting us know it is there - I'm sure the boys will enjoy going back!

Do you mean this chain Welcome | Logan's Roadhouse, or is it something else?

That would be it. It's great. I like good food, pleasant service and and possibly themes. This place has it.

And to the previous poster...yes, the shells still go on the floor. I LOVE it.

Ah, so it's the same place - I used to live near a Logan's back in Virginia, and wasn't overly impressed. My favorite out of the "chain steak places" is Longhorn (excellent service) and least favorite is Outback (very overrated, imho).

I do love Longhorns.

All of the chain restaurants seem to be very similar to me. Pre-packaged food and cooking according to pictures is not very appetizing in my opinion. I'll stick to the locally owned restaurants and when I do have to eat at a chain (due to being on the road) its usually the closest one to the exit.

Mike

McCormick & Schmick's does not seem anything like Longhorns to me and they are both chains. Maybe you need to try some different chains to have a better idea of what they offer. I too can come up with a list of chains I won't eat at, but I have a list just as big of locally owned places that are not any good.

Can't wait for the, "Non-Smoking" in all restaurants to happen. Logan's Roadhouse has good food, but smoky!

I love the Babyback Ribs and 'Shrooms (fried mushrooms with the horseradish sauce) at Logans. Still trying to locate the horseradish sauce they use for home ...
