Default Newbury Park Area in Holly Springs?

Hello. My husband and I are relocating to NC. We have visited and searched a ton of homes. One home is in Newbury Park Area in Apex/Holly Springs. Anyone have more info about this area?
We did see the neighborhood and met some neighbors. Everyone seemed nice. The area seemed nice.
Our concern is the proposed landfil and how close that is. We are also concerned with how the commute is into RTP.
I have attempted to search on this specific subdivision but nothing came up. If it has come up please let me know what to search!
Thank you very much

I live in that general area too, a little closer to Ten Ten than you. I work in RTP and for me on the bad days it takes a little less than 30 mins and on the average days a little less than 25 mins. Your a couple of miles from the proposed dump you probably won't even notice it. So did you already buy the house in Newbury Park? I like the area.

I too live in Holly Springs and have never heard of Newbury Park. Is it an older community or new construction?
