Nothing going on Halloween weekend? My parents are going to be in town and I've gotta find something to do with them for the weekend.

Thanks. I was really looking for some food festival, but I'm pretty sure all of those have come and gone. And, there's not much info at all on the Holly Springs event or the Four Oaks one.

You'd posted in the art/craft thread, which is why I gave you more of those types of festivals. I've never been to the HollySprings/FourOaks festivals myself. You might try contacting the town to see if they can give you more details about the events (or ask in a new thread if others have gone before).

For food festivals you might try starting a new thread to get some ideas/suggestions on those.
Here are a few that I found via google:
North Carolina Food Festivals, Food Shows, Wine Festivals, Food Events, Expos, etc.

Seaboard Festival / Hamlet / Oct 31

Gotcha. I keep forgetting how large city-data actually is. It's too bad they weren't coming a week earlier as I just found out about the Lexington BBQ festival that weekend.

EDIT: There's a ]Jordan Lake Festival that weekend which looks nice. Then they can see the leaves changing and walk around a nice park.

I can't do inline URL tags?
