I mean, what are the demographics like there? We are considering the neighborhood, but are wondering who's buying in there.

We're a young couple with 2 kids under 2.

Cary is full of kids in general. If you are in the 250-450k price point you will find kids.

I'm in the under $250K price range, and my neighborhood is full of kids.

so did you ever move to SB? What do you think of the community? I think its pretty nice and quite and the convenience of nearby stores is great as well.
