rieboots is on a distinguished road
Question rt. 501 from Chapel Hill to Pittsboro...

is this a very fast, busy road? It looks on the map like the main road going from these two towns, is this correct?

It's the quickest way between chapel hill and pittsboro, its gotten faster since it widened to 4 lanes. I don't drive it regularly, but without traffic it takes about 15 min. I imagine in morning/evening there is significant traffic at southern village and theres a ton of development in chatham.
