We've gone to Meadow Lights the past couple of years. Although it has some...how should I describe them..."interesting" static displays when you first drive down the road where it's located, the light displays are actually quite nice. There's a little "train" that takes you around the grounds to see the displays, Christmas music is played, you can buy hot chocolate, go on the carousel, etc. It's a night out, anyway. Kids love it.

As far as entire neighborhoods or downtowns all done up in holiday finery, not so much.
Too bad. Would be nice.
