Default Hwy 98 traffic -Wake Forest to Rocky Mount

Anyone know what the daily commute from Wake Forest to Rocky Mount via hwy 98 would be like??? 5pm traffic on hwy 98 returning to Wake Forest??? Any input on Wake Forest traffic...what roads to avoid at what times??? Greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

Don't know for certain, but seems most of the morning and evening traffic around Wake Forest is going the opposite direction ie to/from Raleigh and RTP.

My husbands boss commutes from Heritage to Rocky Mount, I beleive it is back roads to Spring Hope, then 64. It takes him about 45 minutes on a good day. I do not think there is much traffic at all.
