Allergies? (Raleigh: medical, trees, area)

Is anyone else having lots of trouble with their allergies today? They crept up on me this afternoon. Not sure who or what "they" are, but my eyes itch and my nose is raw from all the blowing...

Just curious if anyone else was feeling miserable too...sniff

Yes, I've been having them. Unfortunately, the flora in this area seem to have perfected the art of releasing allergenics precisely-timed throughout the year so they get you pretty much from March to December!

The only allergen recording right now is Ragweed...hate the stuff! The counts are low, see pollen.com Pollen.com - Free 4-Day Allergy Forecast for RALEIGH, NC Even w/low counts it can bother ppl sensitive to it. It is one that bothers me at low counts esp. when it's been windy. Fingers crossed UR not getting a cold or flu.

Pollen.com is a great site. I see a long list of weeds, trees and grasses I can shake a fist at!

I've been feeling great all summer so I forgot how miserable "allergies" are...good luck to those who are in my boat.

A lot of people I know have good luck taking supplements with anti-oxidants, esp OPC-3 to control their symptoms.

I was blowing my nose all weekend -- no other symptoms. Much better today.

I never knew I had those types of allergies. I guess I do! (Who knew CD could help in making medical diagnoses? )
