South Raleigh/Garner Construction Project (Tryon: new house, live, store)

Does anyone know what is being built on the corner of Old Garner Rd and Tryon Rd by the liquor warehouse? There are new houses but there is also a commercial looking building too.

I think there's a plan to connect Tryon Road to Jones Sausage Road and that's the beginning of it. It's part of the North Garner Revitalization Program and won't be completed for years to come. I haven't checked on the plans recently, but they're available on the Town's website.

Thanks, I knew that Tryon was eventually going to be extended. I was curious about the building on the corner. I wonder if it might be a store of some kind.

i live right behind tryon place and i am wondering the same thing. we haven't figured out what it is yet.
