Default Restuarant for wedding and small reception (25) with brunch option

My fiancee and I are planning a very small wedding and would like to find a nice restaurant where we could hold the ceremony and a small reception after for about 25-30 people. We would like a mid-am wedding with a bruch option if possible but would also do lunch or dinner. Cafe Luna is one suggestion and we are open to anyplace in the triangle - durham, cary, raleigh, apex, morrisville, etc

Gregory's in Cary, Prestonwood Country Club has small private rooms and a wonderful brunch buffet on Sundays (you do not need to be a member to book a room).

Humble Pie does a nice brunch. I just went to a wedding and small reception there! It was really nice!

I love the Washington Duke Inn in Durham, it's beautiful. If you hold a wedding/reception in an early am/lunch slot and vacate the room early enough for them to sell it for an evening wedding, you'll get a great deal. Also, holding it on a Sunday will reduce the cost if you use a hotel. Obviously Sat is their big day for dinners and weddings.
Also their are some rental homes in the area that make perfect wedding sites. Longview in Raleigh is one, I attended a wedding their, it was so nice, and there is one in Garner I think?

Sorry, not up on restaurant sites so can't help there.

Farrington House / Farrington Village.

They have event coordinators and a beautiful location, as well as good restaurants and facilities.

We had our rehersal dinner there (13 years ago) for about 50 peeps and were very satisfied. They are not "cheap", but do have different options for different budgets.
