Harnett County is way more influenced by the Fayetteville metro than Raleigh and Durham IMO.

Thousands of military, DOD civilians, and Ft. Bragg Pope AFB contractors live in Harnett. Also a lot of folks who work at the Goodyear plant.

Maybe Dunn feels a little of that Triangle influence, but the Lillington area, to me, is basically becoming a bedroom community for Fayetteville and the military.
