I just want to reiterate what somebody said back on page 1. If your neighbors have Bermuda, you will have Bermuda. Somehow some Bermuda grass got introduced on our street (we all have fescue) and now we cannot get rid of it. My husband even tried killing the lawn and reseeding with fescue. We're still overrun with Bermuda grass. Its awful--I have to constantly watch my landscape beds because the Bermuda will easily take over.
If your neighbors have Bermuda, you'll be frustrated by your attempts to grow fescue.
