Default Cary Apartments recommendations?

Hi! Can anyone recommend an apartment complex in Cary? I had to move quickly and thought I was making a good selection at Legacy Crossroads, but it is turning out to be a nightmare! It is brand new, but is quickly becoming very nasty. There is dog waste and litter starting to accumulate outside. Inside the apartments are cheaply constructed and have paper thin walls. There have been car break-ins and many other issues.
I wasn't able to check it out as thorougly as I should have. I am stuck here for now, but I want to do more research before I sign another lease and end up miserable again. If anyone has had a positive apartment experience, please share, I need to find somewhere better.

If you are interested in Morrisville, hands down I would recommend Marquis at Cary Parkway. They were a wonderful Apartent Complex. The staff was the best I've seen the landscaping is very well kept and the prices are very affordable.

I used to live in Brook Arbor Apartments off HWY 55 and I really liked it. I moved from there 4 years ago though so things may have changed.

If you are interested in Morrisville I looked at Southern Oaks at Davis Dr a couple weeks ago. I really liked it a lot.

I'll be moving to the Cary area in about 6 months.

You may want to check out www.apartmentratings.com - it's helped me narrow down my search for a look/see in Jan. The Lodge at Crossroads was on my list. It's now one less place for me to have to check out.

Thanks

I agree! I am very happy here. There have been some car break ins, but I don't think that any complex is going to be completely without crime, sadly unless maybe it is gated?
