High End Stereo Equipment (chapel, shop, rated)

Does anyone know of any stores that sell high end stereo equipment?

There are several available. Try Audio Advice on Glennwood Avenue, which is my preference. There is also a Tweeter store (used to be Stereo Sound). I' sure there are others as well. I just wish I was shopping for a high-end stereo so I could give more advice .

Great thread. We have Adcom, with 4ft 160 lb Mirage speakers. My husband would like to add to his system so hopefully they have this brand to. I love going into these stores. The ones here have these separated insulated rooms with some really great and loud, crystal clear music blaring out.

When stereo sounds was stereo sound it was owned by a local chapel hill resident..........we have always had great service from them, but I haven't been there since it became tweeter.

We bought our big screen from them over 4 years ago and have been quite happy with it.
