My camera battery went down part way through so will have to get more pics from my wife's camera

I didn't think the parade was hitting on much this year although I imagine it was about par for every year since it's been about 7 years for my last attendance. I sure am glad I chose Hillsborough st. judging by how crowded it is on Fayetteville st.

I ended up choosing Hillsborough, too, and definitely was a good choice!

Although now looking at Steve's pictures, Fay. St. provided a beautiful backdrop! I may have to fight the crowds next year!

I had no idea the Raleigh parade was this weekend! I love that kind of fun around the holiday season and I'm sad I missed it.

Why would they have it so early? I would have expected it to at least be in December, like all the other city parades. Oh well. At least I can still catch the Durham and Cary ones.
