Hey guys, I am renting in Brier Creek and my wife and I are about to put a down payment on a house in this developement. Anybody have some recent comments. I have searched the forum but all the posts are more than 3 months old and older. Any help would be appreciated.

I think they have redone their plans for the triangle expressway and the ramps around 540. If you are on the side of the development towards Davis you might want to check into the planned location of this project to make sure it doesnt affect you too much.
